Protected Structure.
The clients brief was to adapt some of the largely derelict structures facing the large farmyard on the south side of this substantial heritage property in order to provide modern living facilities and extend/infill as appropriate.  Works executed involved new additions as well as Conservation works to the existing historic fabric.

Existing structures adapted; redundant structures removed; new infill structures.
Existing masonry walls retained and re-pointed.
Natural slate cladding to sunroom.
New approach to existing side entrance.

New full height glazed link sunroom.
Historic structures and fabric retained. Replacement materials on a like-for-like basis.
